Pictures say a lot about a group's history. As time passes, RaileRobotics wishes to remember not only what events the crew attended, but also the people involved. Videos
Often when our team holds a large fundraiser or attends a FIRST event, a video will be made either in order to commemorate or to advertise them. Team 935 also takes short clips from everyday activities to better demonstrate our group dynamics. Animations
A sub-group of our team, the 3D Animation Team, creates a few computer animations each year. One encourages safety in the workplace by precluding unnecessary danger and the other is made according to guidelines set by FIRST and will be judged at competition. Inventor
Making robot parts incorrectly or unnecessarily the first time can be a big issue for some teams. Since money is definitely an issue, our team uses Autodesk Inventor! This computer program allows the team to create simulations of parts before cutting metal. This allows us both to prevent building problems, and to adhere to the old adage, "Measure twice, cut once."
